Everyone can enable and disable this option. So, when someone votes for Zira, if the function is enabled, a 12h timer starts. When the time is over, the bot sends a DM to the user (or mentions them in a channel) reminding them to vote, along with the link to do so. Then, when the user votes, the timer starts again. This can be useful for some users, as the Discord Bots site remainders don't work very well.
