Adding a `!suggest` (or similarly named tag) with a message similar to what's in #rules-and-info e.g. Check existing suggestions or suggest something new via our forums! <https://hydra.hep.gg/forum/3-suggestions/> I've noticed people being directed to submit a suggestion, but not always told where and I think the old suggestions channel was recycled so a tag could be handy (I did check suggest, zsuggest, and suggestion so if it exists under a different name I apologize) Also maybe turn https://hydra.hep.gg/forum/3-suggestions/ into a shortlink
